I would hesitate, most promises of free tv etc just deluge your pc with viruses and spyware.
so is it a satellite provider? or is it a website?
if you buy satellite tv then you need a dish on your house. like dish network.
then you just plug-in the tv tuner into your pc and watch tv.
if you’re talking about a website it’s just a bunch of foreign tv channels, news, links to other sites, anything in the u.s.a. is pretty much illegal, but there’s lots of sites that do it
