My co-workers were talking about this I need to know the program to get free satellite tv on my pc.

Such a thing doesn’t exist. At best, it might be streaming TV but it’s not “satellite TV”. Most of those things are complete scams though, with completely worthless channels.
You can get satellit tv online it’s 3500 streaming chanels with no monthly fee
just install the software once and your all set.
